To open a restaurant in NYC can be very challenging and daunting task. Keeping up with ever-changing building codes can be extremely and logistically difficult especially when dealing with several different authorities including but not limited to NYC Fire Department, local utilities, DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) and the New York City Department of Health.
